Hey MC.4315, welcome to my crib! Or well, at least my cyber-crib. My name is Lilli and I am a third-year Public Relations senior here at Texas State University! I am complicated. I am, as Robert Pattinson stated, a “dancing ballerina and a little tiny gremlin trapped inside one body”. I am as charming as a Gemini, though not as two-faced. As empathetic as a Pisces, though not as sensitive. And as determined as a Scorpio, though not as secretive. I can best relate my personality to that of an onion: made up of layers.
I am both a film lover and critic. I strongly believe that “Twilight” is a cinematic masterpiece but I will also watch “Roman Holiday” until my eyes bleed. Speaking of Twilight, I find myself saying “how you likin’ the rain girl?” too often for it to be a healthy amount. But to answer the question I do, in fact, like the rain. I can recite the entirety of the 2008 blockbuster Mamma Mia! starring the academy-award-winning Meryl Streep, scene by scene. Don’t ask me to do it because I have been waiting all 20 years of my life for someone to ask genuinely.
Simply put, I am many things. I am kind and compassionate, witty and intelligent, and a person who thinks too deeply on things that don’t matter. But above all else, I am just a girl, standing in front of her computer, asking you to be gentle in your criticism.
